Pemberton & Associates, LLC is a duly registered consultancy in the jurisdiction of somewhere, organized under the laws of whichever statute is convenient, and operates in full compliance with at least one applicable regulatory framework.

We are NOT bad guys. We want to be very clear about this. In fact, we believe ourselves to be quite good guys. Our services, while sometimes described in language that could superficially resemble organized crime, are in fact entirely legal forms of logistics consulting.

We have read the relevant statutes (in some cases). We have consulted legal counsel (whose names we cannot disclose). We have prepared this notice in good faith, and any resemblance to organized criminal enterprise is purely coincidental and/or aspirational.

Indemnification

By using this website you agree to indemnify Pemberton & Associates against any and all consequences of your own decisions, in perpetuity, across all known and currently unknown universes. This is standard.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of Belize, before Mr. Pemberton, who is also the judge.

We are not affiliated with the Pemberton currently under investigation. That is a different Pemberton.
